I did not begin my professional life in the healing world.
I graduated in Fine Arts and spent many years working alongside artists and art galleries. Creativity shaped how I see the world — but beneath everything, there was always a deeper calling.
For over twenty years, I have studied and practiced diverse spiritual teachings, meditation, and therapeutic approaches. But my true initiation did not come from study alone.
It came through life.
After the pandemic, my family and I faced a series of painful and unexpected events that altered our world. What appeared devastating on the surface became transformative at the core. In that season, I discovered something that no book could teach:
Peace is not the absence of crisis.
It is the presence of trust.
I learned that emotional stability does not come from controlling circumstances — it comes from cultivating a Trustful Mind.
A mind rooted in spiritual confidence rather than fear.
A mind anchored in something deeper than outcomes.

Out of that lived experience, The Trustful Mind Method™ was born.
Today, I guide women navigating profound life transitions — moments of loss, reinvention, identity shifts, or spiritual awakening — to stabilize their inner world, reconnect with who they truly are, and anchor themselves in unshakable trust.
My work is not about bypassing pain or forcing positivity.
It is about developing emotional steadiness, spiritual resilience, and the ability to move through uncertainty without losing yourself.
