Shipping

In stock orders are shipped within 3 days, Monday through Friday 9am – 7pm. Some pieces are made to order, so please allow up to 5 days for shipment. We use USPS for national and international shipments.

If an item goes on back order we will ship your entire order when the back-ordered item comes in stock.

International customers are responsible for any additional fees (import duties / taxes / brokerage fees, etc.) Trustful Mind doesn’t cover any of these import fees.

Exchange / Returns Policy

We hope you are pleased with our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.

We accept requests to exchange or return merchandise, within 14 calendar days from date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

As soon as your return has been received, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business for your return to be processed. Shipping costs are not refunded unless otherwise specified.

Faulty Items / Lost In Transit Packages

If you happen to receive a damaged item, or if your item got lost during transit, please let us know as soon as possible. In order to be able to replace the damaged items, we ask you to please notify us within 5 days of arrival.

Please note that all gemstones vary in coloration and texture. These variances are considered natural, not faulty.
